Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash is a great product for drying up oily whiteheads. I prefer acne face washes to acne creams when it comes to becoming acne free from whiteheads. Whiteheads are generally oily and creams tend to moisturize the skin. Using a product that has a drying effect will be much more effective then a product that adds moisture.
